SHINOMURA will always prepare your purchase with the care it deserves, but once the parcel has left our facility it is out of our control. We are not liable for stolen, lost, or damaged parcels.

✿RETURNS & EXCHANGES✿

SHINOMURA accepts returns for made-to-order non-customized pieces. Items requesting to be returned must be confirmed via email no later than 14 days after delivery and must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Pieces must be in their initial state (tags on, with packaging).

 

Before returning an item, please email shinomuraa@gmail.com to receive return confirmation. Include your reason for returning the item. The item will be processed for a refund once the piece has been retrieved. For more information regarding returns, please contact shinomuraa@gmail.com.
